Shipping Policy for RollinClouds

Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping – Estimated 5–10 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping – Estimated 2–4 business days after processing (if available).
• International Shipping – 10–20 business days (may vary based on destination).

Delivery timeframes are estimates and start from the date of shipment — actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays or customs processes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight.

Free Shipping
If applicable:
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $400!

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment with the carrier using that tracking link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to:
• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Certain international locations (based on carrier restrictions)

If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
• For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund the order.
